2 very emotional phrases...

Hey sports fans... I was really in a deep state of thought. 2 ladies who had a deep deep impact on my past said 2 things. One said "I think I hurt you more" and the other said, "love you". The first was my ex... she hurt me a lot... but in so saying, so did I... so there is no use going back into the past and saying who hurt who and why... It is only to look at the future and not to hurt anyone else. Then the "love you" was by a long long lost fren who I really hurt so badly so many years ago. People change and whether they are good or bad, they should be given the chance and the opportunity to show that they have changed.

I was a really bad bad person who did not care about anyone or anything in the past life... But through experiences and through lessons, I became the person I am now... though there are still a lot of areas I have to change, I guess that I am almost there in my journey.

So my blast from the past is still coming and it feels really good.

Settling Down

Hey... Been a while since I last blogged... dats bcoz have been busy with work and family. What else can I say? With a family here now, there are tonnes of things to do, to buy and to prepare. So the last 2 weeks were spent shopping during the free time, trying to get baby back home before the sun goes down and she turns back into a monster and then work... Man... I have no life anymore... sob sob....

As to those who think that I do not help out at home, you are sadly mistaken.I cook and clean like the best of them. In fact, during the weekends, other than playing around with the monster, I try to cook and clean the house. At least wifey will have some time off. It is not joke trying to look after a monster you know???... hehehehe

Baby in Singapore

Hi all,

We got back to Sg on Wed last week and it has been a hell of a ride... Imagine trying to settle monster on one hand, buying things we need for the house in another and at the same time your other extended family members. At least the extended side gave me some time off or I wud have been split apart.

Oh yea, we gave our monster a hair cut too and now wifey is complaining that the hairstyle makes monster look like a boy.... Hmmm... I do wonder who's fault will that be... I am only responsible for half the genes... hehehehehe

Anyway, baby is in town and she is the life of almost everywhere she goes.... Everyone says... so cute!!! At least no one says "poor thing" which is what I hate. So now I am wondering how much she will fetch if I were to sell her on Ebay.. muahahauahahauhaha..... I am such a mean bastard... but then seriously, life is such that we have to be mean... if not, we will have a problem. Good people are always the underdogs.

The Last Samurai

Hey, I am sure most of you heard about the story, though it depends on which version you watch, the one in the 1970's, or the recent Tom Cruise one. It doesn't really matter because the story I wan to tell you is the story of my last samurai. Tina is a Komatsu and also a Yeo. That is why her name is Christina Komatsu Yeo. One of the many many reasons why this is so is because of a lot of politics. First is that I want her to be a Japanese citizen, so a Japanese name is better. However, Yeo-Komatsu can also be just as good. The reason why I allowed it to be so is because she is the last of my wife's father's line. The Komatsu line is a line of land owners with quite a bit of power in the olden days. Now, my father in law has 2 girls. The eldest, whom I married and the second who is married to another Japanese man. The sister is the 13th descendant, however, she has to adopt her husband's name and their son will use the husband's name so the line ends there. I allowed my Christina to be a Komatsu first so that she can be the 14th generation. Hey, that means land and so on for her ok?... And of course being a Yeo, she will also get whatever I have left for her.

So she will be a happy pickle when she becomes of age and is able to accept everything that is hers.... But then she will definitely be the last of the Komatsu line because if she gets married, she will have to adopt her hubby's surname and the child she bears will have to take that name too... As for Yeo, well, there is always the chance of a second child... Only thing is... hehehe... whether I want to have another or not... hehehehe..

So I will have to train her well and make sure she is smart and stable enough to enjoy her life in the best possible way. A spoilt child will surely be the end of any line and name.

Marriage in Spirit

Hey.... I did not say marry a spirit ok?? I mean what happens if you only marry someone in mind or in spirit? Why I say that is because of a very beautiful love story that I know.... (Oh yes... it is not me and I am never so lucky!)

I know of this guy who is in another country, he was spoken for and was supposed to marry gal A, but he fell in love with gal B also. Being a great guy that he is, he supported and loved both with all his heart. I feel that it depends on the intention of the love and the spirit of the love. So anyway, he saw Gal B through college, and even helped her to open a business. Even when he got married and had a child, he still loved Gal B. But he never loved Gal A any less. He would make sure that both were happy and were well taken care of.

So can you fault him? Was he womanising or leading someone on or hurting anyone? Is Gal B making use of him? I really cannot say anything, but then as long as everyone is happy, why rock the boat? Sometimes people get together and for different reasons. But as long as the reasons are ok and do not hurt anyone, I believe that it is ok... But guys or gals, do not go out looking for another boyfren or girlfren jus like dat ok?

But I feel like it is the spirit in which a man is allowed to have a few wives if he is able to love and care for the wives on an equal manner... Because sometimes, the other gal may need a helping hand to get somewhere. And if left to her own devices, she may never make it. Perhaps I am wrong, but if done in the right spirit.. it shud be ok... but my dear frens, I am not talking about anything wrong here ok... So please do not quote me hor.

A little kitten lost

I saw a little kitten by the side of the road, it ws cold and shivering and was mewing pitifully. So I brought it home, fed it and loved it. Now after it has grown up a bit, it has run away and is now free... Well dats life I guess.... hehehe

No matter whether it is a pet or a fren or anything, life is such where circles come into contact and then go out of contact. For me, I am a practical person who only lives for the moment. In this new year, I will start a new life and so I will be a new person.
